Jodie Bastian is Corporate Level Director for Quality System Strategy at Stryker. Over the past five years, she has designed and delivered a single, electronic NC/CAPA platform across the company, created a five year roadmap which supports the evolution of RA and QA processes, and is currently working on strategic alignment of Global RA and QA functions to a revised company mission statement. Ms. Bastian has served in the Medical Device, Pharma and Blood Products industries for over 16 years. She has fulfilled roles in manufacturing, quality assurance, quality systems and as a management representative. She enjoys running and has hiked all 48 peaks over 4,000 feet in New Hampshire where she lives with her two daughters, Raya and Gabrielle.
