Integration of Quality Management Systems Across the Organization

1 Hour and 5 Minute Video | Jodie Bastian, Stryker

As innovation in new technologies continues to produce an ever expanding medical device industry, one particular area of concern is the integration of a harmonized quality management system across various organizational sites. Building a QMS for a company’s current and future needs is arguably one of the most crucial aspects for success across an organization and is a clear priority at this time. Recognizing best practices for harmonizing global quality management systems will enable executives to consider migrating systems onto a singular system, ultimately allowing rapid access to data, and enable executives to consider migrating and consolidating processes, ultimately allowing rapid access to data, and analysis that goes far beyond individual sites.

  • Selecting QMS processes for consolidation
  • Migrating legacy processes and systems (including data) into a consolidated platform
  • Ensuring searchable information across various sites and facilities
  • Identifying potential roadblocks for harmonized processes and a harmonized QMS

Participants that will find this webinar most beneficial will be those involved in medical device companies.  Job titles of attendees that will be most applicable for this session will be:

  • Quality Assurance
  • Regulatory Affairs
